Sami has specialized in all aspects of customer services, marketing, sales, banking and project management over the last fifteen years and has been providing project management and customer services to NArch.He has a proven track record of management within the industry, having worked both in the corporate as well as the private sectors. Continues to retain day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of all elements of architecture and construction.

Umut KILIC is an architect and lecturer with over 15 years UK and International experience. She has undertaken many Architectural, Engineering and Urban Design projects including commercial and residential new design projects, conservation, restoration and change of use projects at both Planning and Building Regulations levels.Some of her design projects include a cultural centre/ care home in Leytonstone London, a multiple residential housing project in North London, a hotel project in Heathrow, a food factory in Ealing London, villa projects in Miami and Cyprus, a supermarket in Palmers Green London, a bath and a synagogue in Stamford Hill London.As well as her architectural and urban design experience, she has experience in construction and extensive knowledge in Building Regulations. She is also an experienced Party Wall Surveyor and is a member of Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

With over 14 years in architectural design, Lilia has exceptional skills and experience in planning, detailing, designing and coordinating projects both in the public and private sectors. Her architectural designs include New Builds (residential and commercial), Health and Care, K-12 Schools, Infrastructure and Industrial projects, Transportation Architecture, as well as Adaptive Reuse projects. Lilia has also got a great knowledge of prefabricated design of school buildings, gymnasiums and multipurpose spaces, along with landscape design.

As part of NArch’s team Lilia designs new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing structures, and advise on the restoration and conservation of heritage buildings. Working closely with clients and users, Lilia is responsible from design and delivery of projects as well as making sure that projected designs match requirements and are functional, safe and economical.

He is a Civil Engineer MEng(Hons) graduated from Imperial College London. He is experienced in engineering design from initial conceptual stage, through feasibility study to detailed design. Competent in the use of the latest Structural Design codes (Eurocodes) for buildings producing detailed structural designs using a variety of construction materials including steel, concrete, masonry and timber.Michael is providing structural design, site inspection and quality control services as well as health and safety checks at construction sites (Construction Design Management CDM) and preparing quotations for tender documents.

Graduate in BA (Hons) Architecture degree (RIBA Part1) at Portsmouth University and Diploma in Architecture (RIBA Part2) at South Bank London University. He has considerable experience in the field of building and property industry including planning, architectural drawings, 3D presentation and visualization images.He is providing a Technical and Architectural support and creative input to the business in both existing and future projects, producing planning drawings and designs in compliance to the building regulations and local authorities and associations.
